Conveyancing software for Queensland law firmsFirst 90 days free

Change the status once.Everyone who would have rung you already knows.

EzyConvey is conveyancing software for Queensland firms. Update a matter's status and the timeline, the to-do lists and the dates go to your client and the agent, in their own app. No round of calls from your team.

Built around how Queensland conveyancing actually runs.

Most of a settlement is people waiting to be told something.

“Where's it up to?”

The buyer rings on Tuesday. The seller rings on Wednesday. Same answer, twice, from whoever picks up.

“Has it gone unconditional yet?”

The agent rings. Their commission depends on the answer, so they'll ring again tomorrow.

“What comes next on this one?”

The new starter asks. The answer is in someone's head, and that someone is at lunch.

Every one of those calls is time your team can't easily bill. Change the status once, and all three already have their answer.

How it works

One status change. Three screens updated. Nobody has to ring anybody.

The firm · web & app

You run the matter at your desk, or on your phone.

Create the case, set the status from your firm's presets, and the to-do list for every party is generated for you. One status change in the demo produced thirteen tasks for the lawyer, three for the client and one shared with the agent, written in the firm's own language: “Please check if there is any conflict”, “Please chase both the OS and your client to sign the contract”.

The same matters are in the lawyer app, so a partner out of the office can see where a file is up to and move it on without ringing back to the office.

The agent · mobile app

Your referring agent sees their own tasks, and the countdown.

Trust account details, the EOI, contract execution — each assigned and dated in their app, with days to unconditional and days to settlement on the case. An agent who can see progress keeps referring, and stops ringing.

The client · mobile app

“Where's my settlement up to?” answers itself.

Your client sees the current status, the next date and what's still needed from them. The Building & Pests date is on their phone before they think to ring.

One app, three views. Your firm, your client and the agent each see their own side of the matter — and it costs your client and the agent nothing to use.

For the principal

The firm's process, not one person's memory.

Status presets, payment presets and comment presets hold how your firm runs a matter. A new starter follows them from their first file. You can take leave. You can see every matter without asking how it's tracking.

Keep what you have. Hand over what you want to.

Conveyancing only.

EzyConvey isn't a practice-management system and doesn't try to be. Keep the systems you already use for the rest of the practice; this runs the conveyancing matter and everything around it.

An affordable trained team, if you want one.

This part is optional — most firms run the platform themselves. But if you'd rather take some of the conveyancing off your desk, EzyConvey can also provide conveyancing staff who work inside the platform, following your presets. They arrive already trained in conveyancing, so the weeks a firm normally spends bringing someone up to speed are not yours to spend, and EzyConvey recruits, trains, equips and manages them. From A$1,000 a month for 40 hours, or A$2,400 for someone full-time and yours alone. See what that costs.

What your team gets in every matter.

The numbers, without leaving the file.

Stamp duty, land tax, Easy CGT and transfer fee, with AFAD estimated from the case data.

Every payment, on the right date.

PEXA settlement fee, pool safety inspection, adjustments — linked to the status they fall due.

The to-do lists, comments and files tabs on a matter in the web app
The conversation stays on the matter.

With attachments, so the update sits on the matter, not in three inboxes.

Each party sees their own slice.

The agent and the client each see only their slice.

Coming soon

Contract scanning. Upload the signed contract and have the key dates and party details read off it and written into the matter — instead of someone retyping them and someone else checking the typing.

Free for 90 days,
then A$299 a month.

Three users and onboarding included. Add more users at A$176 each a month.

After the first year it renews at A$399, then A$499. Doing only a handful of matters a month? There is a lower per-matter option — ask at the demo.

  • The full platform, nothing held back
  • Matter, task and document workflow
  • Your firm's stages set up as presets
  • Client and agent apps at no cost to them
  • Client communication built in
  • Onboarding and a 90-day review

Optional: let a trained team do the conveyancing work as well.

Most firms run the platform themselves. If you would rather add capacity without recruiting, EzyConvey has a conveyancing team who work inside your platform and follow your presets. They are trained in conveyancing before they start and they are based overseas, which is what makes the rates below possible. EzyConvey recruits, trains, equips and manages them, including cover when someone is away. Your firm keeps the file and the professional responsibility.

Shared team

A$1,000per month · 40 assistant hours — A$25 an hour

  • Three-month replacement guarantee

More than one? From A$1,900 a month each. Specialist PEXA or AML/CTF experience quoted after a workflow review.

Prices in Australian dollars; GST applies where applicable. The 90 free days apply to the platform and are part of the Founding Firm Program, which is open to eligible new Queensland customers while it runs. A$299 a month is the standard platform rate after the free period, and we confirm your pricing with you before the 90 days are up. The optional team is charged separately from the start. Third-party search, verification, settlement and government charges are not included. EzyConvey is software and administrative support — legal advice and professional responsibility stay with your firm.

Property Credit

Official partner. Property Credit provides pay-at-settlement funding for property sellers across Australia and New Zealand — advertising, staging and pre-sale costs, with nothing to pay until the matter settles.

What happens after you ask.

You request a demo.

EzyConvey gets in touch to set a time that suits the firm. No obligation, and nothing to install first.

A walkthrough on your kind of matter.

Bring a real file's stages. They become your presets, you watch one status change reach the client and the agent, and you see the app from their side. The system is set up around how your firm already works — your stages, your task lists, your payment points — rather than you working around it.

Your account is set up before your team starts.

EzyConvey sets the firm up and confirms it with you before anyone logs in. Which is why there is no “start a trial” button on this page.

Questions firms ask first.

Do we have to change our practice-management system?
No. EzyConvey runs the conveyancing matter and the communication around it. Keep the systems you use for the rest of the practice.
What happens to our open matters and our process?
That is a demo question, honestly. How your stages become presets, and what you do with matters already underway, depends on how you run things now. Bring a real file.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — the first 90 days on the platform are free under the Founding Firm Program. It is not self-serve, though. The first step is a demo, and EzyConvey then sets your firm's account up with your own stages, so you are not handed an empty login on day one.
What does it cost?
The platform is free for 90 days, then A$299 a month with three users and onboarding included, and A$176 a month for each user after that. It renews at A$399 for the rest of the first year and A$499 after that. If you would rather a trained team did the conveyancing work inside it, that is optional and charged separately: A$1,000 a month for 40 hours, or A$2,400 a month for someone full-time and yours alone. Australian dollars, GST where applicable. Third-party search, settlement and government charges are separate. See the full breakdown.
Will it read the contract for us?
Not yet — it is coming. Contract scanning will take the signed contract and write the key dates and party details straight into the matter. Ask where it is up to on the demo; today you are seeing what the platform does without it.
Is it Queensland only?
EzyConvey is built around Queensland conveyancing, where the work is done by solicitors; the presets and calculators reflect that. If you practise elsewhere, ask at the demo.
Do our clients and agents pay anything?
No. You add them to the matter, they download the app, and it costs them nothing.
